“Nearly Fully Unclothed” Plant City Woman Arrested After Doing Over 110 MPH on I-75
24-year-old Rachael Stefancich surprised a few Florida Highway Patrol officers.
She was arrested after leading police on a high speed chase on I-75 in a stolen vehicle. When they pulled her over, they found some drugs… but not a lot of clothes on her.
The Tampa Bay Times reports that this all started when a car was reported stolen heading south in Sumter County. Florida Highway Patrol troopers spotted the car and tried to get the driver to pull over. Instead they say Stefancich stepped on it. At one point, she was clocked doing over 110MPH.
Once she got off the highway in Pasco County, troopers were able to use a maneuver to make her lose control of the vehicle. They say the chase lasted over 100 miles.
Stefanchich was arrested and faces a number of charges, including grand theft auto, reckless driving, fleeing and eluding, drug possession and driving on a suspended license. Troopers say she was “nearly fully unclothed” when she was taken into custody. [Source: Tampa Bay Times]
