Lizzo put her whole “um, self” in her new music video “About Damn Time,” which premiered Thursday (April 14). If you’ve been feeling stressed and sexy, the musician said that this the song for you. While announcing her upcoming album, Special, out July 15, Lizzo is setting the tone for the song of the summer with “About Damn Time.”

Attending a “stressed and sexy” support group, Lizzo runs away when she was called on to share a poem in front of the group. She remembers that she’s 100% that bitch when her inner self gives her a little help.
