Mismatched Shoes Are Apparently The Next Big Fashion Trend
When we think of mismatched shoes, we think of embarrassment.
However, thanks to Hollywood, this accidental mistake could become the next big fashion trend. You may be thinking to yourself, “how could a fashion fail be a fashion-forward moment?” The look was spotted during runway shows. Designers like Celine, Calvin Klein and Moschino all had models strutting their stuff while wearing non-matching shoes.
Well, if it happens on the runway, we are bound to start seeing it on a few Hollywood a-listers. According to Yahoo, both Selena Gomez and Nicole Kidman have been caught at events sporting the latest trend.
During the InStyle Awards, Selena Gomez posed while wearing two different geometric heels. Granted, the color matched, but the heels were completely mismatched. Her shoes were designed by Jacquemus and was complimented with a simple hair, makeup and dress selection.

Nicole Kidman rocked the trend at the 69th Primetime Emmy Awards. Kidman wore a blush pink pair of Calvin Klein strappy heals that had two different rhinestone patterns. She matched the look with a stunning red dress, which also featured a lot of bling.
