During a recent interview, Lionel Richie opened up about his daughter’s relationship with Scott Disick.
As you know, Richie’s daughter is 19 years old. Her supposed boyfriend is 34.
Lionel believes Sofia’s relationship with Disick is just a phase. Does he think it will last? Well, he’s not too sure about that, but he’s committed to staying by his daughter’s side and he insists he’s trying not to make too much noise about their relationship. Adding, “At 19, you know everything.”
Yes, that was sarcasm. But, undoubtedly we’ve all been there before.
Around the age of 18 or 19, we believe we understand the world and can make adult choices. By the time we are 28, we realize how foolish we were in our younger years.
The interview, conducted by the Daily Telegraph and published on People’s website, also shed light on how Lionel feels about Disick.
Richie walked away from their meeting believing that Disick was a nice guy.
It will be interesting how nice he thinks Disick is if the relationship becomes more serious.
