Forbes magazine has named Jay-Z as hip-hop’s first billionaire.
Shawn Carter’s financial empire includes his music, a streaming service, liquor, art, real estate and financial investments in other companies.
In the Forbes cover story, Jay’s worth “conservatively totals $1 billion.”
