Billie Eilish Drops The James Bond Theme Song ‘No Time To Die’
After much anticipation, the new theme song for the upcoming James Bond: No Time To Die, is out. “No Time To Die” is sung by Billie Eilish, and the track was written by both Billie and Finneas O’Connell. “‘No Time To Die’ is out NOW! Dream come true to make this song!” Finneas wrote on Instagram.
Billie recently chatted on the red carpet at the Grammys and shared what getting chosen to write the theme song meant to her. She said, “Writing a Bond theme song is like, one of I feel like, the biggest goals as a musician and songwriter.” She went on to talk about her brother and collaborator Finneas and added, “Subconsciously and consciously, we’ve been trying to write a Bond theme for our whole lives, so it’s pretty crazy.”
According to the 007 Instagram page, Eilish is the youngest artist in history to write and record a James Bond theme song. James Bond: No Time To Die will be in theaters on April 10. Listen to “No Time To Die” below.
