Alyssa Milano Opens Up About Struggling With COVID-19 And Losing Hair
Alyssa Milano is showing fans the effects that coronavirus is having on her body. The actress posted a video with the caption, “Thought I’d show you what #Covid19 does to your hair. Please take this seriously.”
In the clip, she brushes her hair for a while and then shows the wad of hair that comes out. “I just wanted to show you the amount of hair that is coming out of my head as a result of Covid,” she says. “One brushing, this is my hair loss from Covid-19. Wear a damn mask.”

According to another post, she has been battling coronavirus since March. She wrote, “This was me on April 2nd after being sick for 2 weeks. I had never been this kind of sick. Everything hurt. Loss of smell. It felt like an elephant was sitting on my chest. I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t keep food in me. I lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks. I was confused. Low-grade fever. And the headaches were horrible. I basically had every Covid symptom. I also want you to know, this illness is not a hoax. I thought I was dying. It felt like I was dying.”
