Metro Boomin Links With The Weeknd For Some Classic R&B
Today Metro Boomin dropped his highly anticipated album ‘Heroes & Villains’. Metro Boomin is one of the biggest producers in the Hip Hop game right now. He’s produced records for Kanye West, Future, Drake, Big Sean, Post Malone, and 21 Savage just to name a few. From the Album track list below, you can see how influential this album is to the game right now. He’s got some major features including The Weeknd, TakeOff, Future, John Legend, Travis Scott, Young Thug, and A$AP Rocky.
One of the records that stands out the most is Creepin – Metro Boomin ft. The Weeknd & 21 Savage. The Weeknd has had such a long run in this R&B, Hip Hop, and most recently mainstream music game for years. It’s been a while since we heard a “Crew Love” or a “ The Hills” record from him. “Creepin” is sampled from Mario Winans, “I Don’t Want To Know” record. This is the type of Weeknd record we’ve been needing! He’s still got it! Check out the video on YouTube here!
