Florida Residents Can Visit Disney For Less Than $60 A Day
If you haven’t been to Walt Disney World in a while, now is your chance! Disney is hooking up Florida residents for the summer. Many people haven’t been able to discover all of the new things at Disney because prices have been outrageous. This summer ticket special will allow Floridians to visit one park per day for less than $60 a day.
Starting today, May 16, Florida residents can purchase the “Disney Summer Magic Ticket.” This deal comes in two different options. You can choose between a four-day ticket for $58 a day ($229 total) or a three day ticket for $70 a day ($209 total). Keep in mind that Disney still requires you to book a reservation for these tickets and some blackout dates do apply. You’ll have till September 29 to use the tickets before they expire.

The other catch with this deal is the tickets only count for one park per day. Meaning if you want to visit Magic Kingdom AND Epcot in one day, you’ll also need to purchase a park-hopper ($40 add on). Starting next week on May 23, Disney will offer a four-day “Magic Ticket.” This ticket is a little more expensive but it doesn’t require a reservation to get in the park. However this ticket is a little more expensive at $99 a day ($396 total) AND you have to use it within 7 days of first use. To me, it seems like it makes sense to save your money and make a reservation. Counting down the days till your visit will make it a little more exciting and special.
