Destiny’s Child Members Attend Beyonce’s ‘Renaissance’ Premiere
A number of celebrities attended Beyoncé’s Renaissance film premiere in Los Angeles over the weekend. But what took the cake was that all five members of Destiny’s Child were present for the same event for the first time since the Renaissance Tour. Beyoncé Knowles, Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, LeToya Luckett, and LaTavia Roberson donned beautiful silver and black gowns as they walked the silver carpet. After the film ended, the women shared their thoughts on the film.

“The Renaissance film is NOT TO BE MISSED PERIOD! Truly inspired! #im so proud of you BB!,” Rowland wrote, sharing some solo shots of herself in a silver gown.
“Beyonce’s new film is awesome, it is amazing. I’m trying to find an adjective that is appropriate,” Williams said in a video posted to her Instagram. “Every time she shows the world something, she just continues to show a new level of how hard she works and still balances her personal life, being a wife, mother, sister, friend, a daughter… She does it all.”
She continued, “She does everything with so much excellence, does not take no for an answer – especially when she knows it could be done. I will never forget hearing her say, ‘If I had a dream about it, that means it could happen.’ She’s literally like, ‘If I dreamed it, I want to see my dream in reality.’ ”
Luckett was one of the founding members of the ’90s girls group. She wrote about the emotions she felt throughout watching the film, “@beyonce put her heart into this movie. I danced, sang, cried & laughed in that theater the same way I did at the show. This woman is AMAZING. It is a true honor to witness & be a part of her beautiful journey. Love ALWAYS, LeToya [red heart].”
Last but not least, Roberson who also was a founding member with Knowles, Rowland, and Luckett kept a short and sweet comment about the film, “Tonight was amazing congratulations Bey [lips emjoji].”

Support from Destiny’s Child did not start at the film premiere either. Rowland, Williams, Luckett, and Roberson all attended the Renaissance Tour, which wrapped last month, and members of the beloved group came out to support Beyoncé. Based on fan photos, the Houston show was attended by Rowland, Williams, Roberson, and Luckett. Some members also attended the Los Angeles show for her birthday back in September. Farrah Franklin, who was only in the group for a few months, seemingly did not attend the Houston show or the film premiere.
Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé premieres in theaters on Friday (Dec. 1).
