Lil Fizz On B2K: ‘It’s Not Like We’re Brothers And Best Friends: It’s Business’
During a recent interview with Vibe magazine for B2K’s May 2019 cover story, Lil Fizz revealed that he and his group members are not best friends.

When discussing B2K’s highly popular Millennium tour, Lil Fizz said that he, Omarion, J-Boog, and Raz B do not hang out following tour stops.
“At the end of the day, we’re all grown men and we all live our own separate lives. It’s not like we’re brothers and best friends and hang out after the tour,” Lil Fizz explained.
“Everybody’s home. I haven’t spoken to any of them. They haven’t spoken to me. And you know, that’s just that. It’s business, but we know what it is. When we come together, the spirit takes over.”
It’s not surprising that the quartet isn’t really close as friends because it took over a decade for them to reunite. During the interview, Raz B reflected upon how long he had been trying to get the group back together.
“I’ve been trying to put the group together for 16 years,” Raz B said.
Lil Fizz made it very clear that B2K’s reunion is business, and during the interview, Omarion spoke about how in the entertainment industry it’s sometimes hard for creatives to think about the business side of things.
“There’s always a conversation about business when it comes to the entertainment industry. First of all, most artists that are creative are not administrative. How do you play a show and then go backstage, make sure your numbers [are] right? It’s really difficult.”
