Police Shut Down Megan Thee Stallion’s ‘Hot Girl Summer’ Video Shoot
Megan Thee Stallion’s video shoot for her single “Hot Girl Summer” featuring Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla $ign was reportedly shut down by police, according to TMZ.
The video which was shot on Friday (Aug. 9) in Los Angeles was halted by the Los Angeles Police Department after they received a phone call regarding the video shoot.
Apparently, Megan Thee Stallion’s team didn’t have the proper permit to film in the Mount Olympus area of LA.
However, Hot Girl Meg and her crew improvised and relocated to shoot the visual in Chino Hills, which is approximately 50 miles east of LA.
On Aug. 9, Megan dropped the single that samples Miami rap-duo City Girls’ single “Act Up,” which is a fan favorite of the rap group.
