Roberto Esquivel Cabrera of Mexico has the world’s largest penis. While some may think that’s a good thing, Cabrera also says he suffers everyday. Cabrera’s manhood has been measured and it comes in at 48 centimeters long, 900 grams in weight and 25 centimeters of glans circumference. This is bigger than the man who holds the Guinness Book Of World Records title. Reports tell us Cabrera candidacy is not valued as he has declared himself “a person with a disability.”
