Florida Man Gets Arrested For Throwing Drink At Customer
A 7-Eleven worker in St. Pete was arrested after cops say he hit a customer in the head with a Big Gulp. Allegedly the worker “got frustrated with a customer over payment” and “threw a Big Gulp filled with lemonade” at the woman. Three other customers in the store at the time told officers they witnessed the battery. The clerk was arrested and charged with felony battery. He was released from jail, but he is being charged with a felony because of having a prior conviction for sexually battering a young girl.
