Woman Turned Away From Getting Pedicure Because She Was “Too Big”
Texas woman claims she was denied a pedicure at a salon after one of the girls who worked there told her she was too big to sit in the spa chair.
Tina Lewis tells us that when she went to Rose Nails salon for a pedicure with her mom, she was told she could not fit in the chair . Marie Bui, who works for Rose Nails, says she was not trying to be offensive. Marie says she told the woman politely that she could not fit in the chair. There was another customer who broke one of the chairs, so now the salon has instituted a weight restriction. Lewis say’s she will not be returning to the salon.
