Tampa Couple Arrested After Handcuffing And Locking Son In Closet For 16 Hours A Day

A Tampa man and woman are accused of handcuffing Their Son and locking him in a closet for hours each day as punishment. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office tells us that the couple was arrested after deputies were called to the home over reports of a missing child. They found the boy hiding inside the home, and cleared the call. They returned to the home later to investigate child buse. It’s unclear why the boy was reported missing.
