7-Year-Old Boy Is Being Charged With Rape

According to sources, a 7-year-old boy from upstate New York has been charged with rape. The boys name who has not been revealed was charged with third degree rape on March 23rd. This charge stems from an incident that was reported In November. The state of New York police has confirmed that they were investigating the matter and that the child was only 7.
