Pasco County Woman Charged With Felony For Faking Work On Customers Vehicle
Reports tell us that documents were filed in Pasco County this week that tell us the state’s case against Auto Legends Towing and Repair owner, Debra Noonan. The Department of Agriculture and Consumer services charged Noonan with grand theft on August 30th and shes also accused of faking working on peoples cars. She spray paints parts and fakes switching out other parts in peoples cars.
