Tampa Bay residents are seeing the highest rent increases in the United States Of America. Jay Lybik who is the National director of Multifamily analytics says they have never seen this type of growth in Tampa before. Currently Tampa is seeing rent growth twice the rate as the whole nation. The real estate analytics company found that monthly prices for places in Tampa went up 24.8% from July to September. The rest of the United States only saw an 11% increase in rent.
