Tampa Man Being Fined $100 A Day For Putting His Christmas Lights Up Early
A Tampa Bay man is very upset after he received a letter from his homeowners association saying he is going to be fined $100 a day for having his lights up too early.The man says the homeowners association members are a bunch of grinches! November 6th was the only day that the Moffa family could put their lights up because they hired a company to do it. The company only had that day open and Mr. Moffa can’t climb and put stuff up himself. If he takes the lights down he won’t be fined, but Moffa says he does not plan on it.
