Reports tell us that a woman in Tampa won $5M on a scratch off ticket! Congrats to Kaylin Guerrero who won the money playing the GOLD RUSH LIMITED Scratch Off game. Just as every lottery winner does, she is choosing to receive her money in a lump sum payment. She will be getting $3,960,000. She purchased her ticket from “A Plus H” Located on Gunn high way in Tampa. So many people in the Tampa Bay Area have been winning with these scratch off tickets. Just last week A Pinellas County man won grand prize in the Lotto Bonus Play Promotion.
