Millionaire Leaves Negative Review Of Popular Florida Hotel, Do You Agree?
“Millionaire leaves negative review of popular Florida hotel.” He didn’t write the review online either, he actually went live and posted a video to his Instagram. The hotel in question, is one that I like. It has a nice roof top bar and the view is everything. It’s also not to far from where I live in St. Petersburg. Can you guess the 5 star hotel Im talking about? You will find out below.
Barstool CEO Leaves Negative Review Of The Edition Hotel In Tampa Bay
David Portnoy who is the CEO of Barstool was not to pleased with the Tampa Edition which is located in Downtown Tampa Bay. I guess the room that he was staying in was $5k a night, and he was not happy about it at all. Have you ever stayed in a room in this hotel? He did the review in a video which he posted to his Instagram. Below you will see him walking around his room to show us exactly what he payed for.
David Portnoy is the first famous person to ever complain publicly about the Tampa Edition. The hotel is minutes away from Amalie arena where most big concerts are held in the area. Drake has stayed there, Rod Wave and even Burna Boy. It seems to be the hotspot for all the celebrities when they come into town.
As I stated earlier, I have so much fun every time I go to the Edition. Besides the rooftop bar and taking a picture on their iconic stair case, I have yet to experience being a guest at the hotel. With that being said, I cannot speak to that experience but if you have stayed there feel free to email me Babs@wild941.com. I want to know your review. Also what is your favorite hotel in the Tampa Bay area? Any hidden gems that I should know about?
5 Tampa Bay Hotels Where It's Worth Getting A Day Pass
Updated 3/1/2024
Summer is right around the corner and it’s a great time to consider to cool off. Take the kids along if you want, and have fun without a ton of planning or expense. One great idea is to invest (not a lot) in a day pass or pool pass at one or more of our great Tampa Bay area hotels and resorts. For nominal fees, you’ll be able to enjoy all the amenities at a fraction of the cost of renting a room for the night.
Depending on the hotel you pick, you’ll be able to enjoy the pool, the beach, lounge chairs, and cabanas. In Tampa, where there is no beach but a lot to see and do, there are still plenty of upscale hotels that offer day passes for their pools, and the ability to enjoy all that downtown and Channelside have to offer. It comes down to whether you want to spend $200-$300 or more for one night, or as little as about $20 for a day, and then go home and sleep in your own bed! There’s another advantage, too: you won’t have to pay anyone to take care of the pets! For more ideas from Resortpass, click here.
The best perk of getting a pass to a Tampa Bay hotel pool vs the beach is no sand! Any Floridian knows that after a beach day, your car will have sand trapped in there for months. Plus, you’re also able to take advantage of getting a fancy lunch at either these hotel’s restaurants or a nearby spot. You’ll have tons of options if you choose a downtown hotel. But in this case, you may want to bring a change of clothes. Either way, you don’t want to forget your sunscreen.
