8-Year-Old St. Pete Boy Dies After His Mothers Boyfriend Beat Him With A Belt
A St. Petersburg man has been arrested on a first degree murder charge after his girlfriends son died. Reports tell us that Tyrone Wayne was booked at the Pinellas County jail Monday afternoon. The boy’s mother called 911 back in October because her son was struggling to breath and was not responding. The boy was taken to Brandon Hospital, then taken by helicopter to All Children’s Hospital. Police say doctors found “large areas of contusions, welts, scarring, and small lacerations on the child’s lower back and rear area,” The boy whose name wont be released has unfortunately passed away
