Robinson & Alonso High School Flag Football Teams Featured In Nike Commercial
Congratulations to the two Tampa high school teams who were featured in a National Nike Commercial. The girls of Robinson and Alonso high flag football teams were very excited to see themselves on national tv representing their sport. The girls received a Covid test before filming but then for the next 11 hrs, they dedicated themselves to the project. Player Isana Bonga released a statement saying “When you hear flag football,a lot of people think, Ohh, how does it feel to be a part of a man’s sport? and my response is always, Football is not a man’s sport. It is just dominated by them.”

She’s originally from Detroit but has spent most of her “grown-up” life in Fort Myers, Florida where she graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University.
