Man Who Ran Over Tampa Family With His Car Might Avoid Jail
Mikese Morse who ran over a Tampa family back in 2018 has a very good chance of avoiding prison. Prosecutor on his case revealed this morning that ” We are in agreement to allow the defendant to be found not guilty by reason of insanity.” Both the defense and the states court appointed doctors agree that morse was insane at the time he killed a father of two. Morse posted rambling and incoherent messages to his Instagram days before he plowed his car into a father who was riding a bike with his two sons. Judge Mark Kiser will have the final say at hearing next month.
