Tampa Area Man Who Won $5M On Scratch Off Ticket Has Been Identified
Congrats to Michael Fieghan of Springhill! He just won $5M on a lottery scratch-off ticket. They say he claimed his winnings using a secured drop box located at the lottery’s Tampa district office. Fieghan purchased the ticket from a Circle K, and the store will receive $10K. I hate that I never win big on scratch off tickets! I honestly have never won more than $20 on one, and that was me making the money back on the ticket that I purchased. Somebody need to teach me the secrets to winning lol!
