Polk County Politician Arrested After Kidnapping A Child And Threatening Him With A Gun
The Polk County Sheriff office have arrested Lake Wales city commissioner Kristen Fitzgerald Thursday. They have charged her with one count interference with child custody and one count aggravated assault with a deadly weapon! Reports are telling us that she removed an 11-year-old boy from his home without his parents permission, and threatened him with a firearm. Fitzgerald believed the boy touched her 13 year old daughter inappropriately. She remains in the Polk County Jail on no bond.
