Governor Says Constitutional Carry Law Is Coming To Florida

Fox News 13 tells us that Governor DeSantis is going to sign a law to allow “constitutional carry” in the state Of Florida. Currently in Florida you need a license to carry a gun, with the Constitutional Carry Law residents will be able to carry firearms with or without a permit.

There is a group in Florida called “Moms Demand Action” who are upset that this law could come to our state. They fight to protect people form gun violence and they believe these laws contradict that. Governor DeSantis did not give a timeline for when the Legislature will discuss a ‘constitutional carry’ law.
