Tampa: Baker Mayfield Is A Player People Want To Be Neighbors With
This NFL season has truly illuminated the personalities and individual character of certain players. Ahead of the Super Bowl, residential real estate company Zillow released a report that details which NFL players people would like to be their neighbors, and Baker Mayfield is one of them.
Also included here were NFL personalities people would like to live near. This includes the likes of former NFL players who are now in the studio or booth. In addition, this includes which Super Bowl halftime performer you would want as your neighbor.
In order to compile this information, Zillow surveyed over 2,000 fans this past January ages 18 and older.
Baker Mayfield Ranked 7th
A few Chiefs, Ravens, a Bill, a 9er, and then our Buc. 4% of the people who were engaged here voted they’d want Baker Mayfield to be their NFL player neighbor. During Mayfield’s years in Cleveland, he was frequently the star of Progressive commercials under the theme of “At Home With Baker Mayfield.” Here (though all in good humor), he proved how accommodating he can be as your friendly neighbor.
Nonetheless, it’s easy to see how Mayfield would be fun to live next. Perhaps not as party-like as his University of Oklahoma Heisman days, I’m sure the Mayfield house is certainly one of good get-togethers.
Here Are Other Fun Facts From Zillow’s Survey
To the surprise of nobody, Travis Kelce was the NFL player who ranked as the most desired neighbor. Patrick Mahomes was second. Collectively, one-quarter of the audience wanted one of these Chiefs players in their neighborhood.
“Kelce was the overwhelming favorite among 18- to 34-year-old women, 26% of whom selected the tight end as their preferred next-door neighbor, compared to 8% of men in that age range,” Zillow explained. Perhaps there was thought you would also be living next to Taylor Swift.
Terry Bradshaw from the NFL on Fox was the broadcaster fans would most want as their neighbor. Then, for your entertainment and party potential, Snoop Dogg is the neighbor of choice in the halftime performer category.
As for Mayfield, he had a solid 2023 NFL season, leading the Buccaneers to the playoffs and an NFC South title. Let’s hope he is still in Tampa next season to be neighbors with. Mayfield was on a one-year contract with the Bucs this season.
