Florida Woman Screamed For Help While Bloodied And Drenched In Gasoline
Did you hear about this scary incident? “Florida woman screamed for help while bloodied and drenched in Gasoline.” This took place down in North Miami which is about 4 hours from where I live in St. Petersburg. Thank goodness the woman survived, but in that moment, I know she probably felt this was going to be her last day on earth. According to North Miami Police, the victim got into an argument with her boyfriend which led to him allegedly drenching her in gasoline.
Florida Man Accused Of Drenching His Girlfriend In Gasoline During An Argument
Khristion Amari Owens was arrested after police say he drenched his girlfriend in gasoline after an argument. Not only did he allegedly do that, but reports also say he beat her up and hit her with a car. North Miami Police tells us that Owens is facing charges that include attempted murder with a deadly weapon, grand theft of a vehicle, False imprisonment and battery and criminal mischief.
As of now, we don’t know what led to the argument that happened on May 6th while Owens was putting gas into his girlfriends mothers car. North Miami police say that Owens could be seen grabbing a gas nozzle and spraying gasoline all over the victim. The victim ran into the Marathon gas station but was followed by Owens. Owens began beating her up inside the gas station then dragging her out by her hair.
After the two left the store, Owens forced the victim inside of the car and drove away. The victim was eventually able to escape and ran to a nearby home screaming for help. She can be seen on surveillance saying ” Call the police.” Owens then rammed the car into her while striking her on the leg. The car also hit the home that the victim was running to, to seek help.
Owens had an active warrant out for his arrest for a separate domestic battery incident. He is currently locked up at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional center. His bond has not been set.
