Michael Kors May Buy The Versace Label For $2 Billion
The US handbag maker Micheal Kors is reportedly making BIG moves by trying to by fashion house Versace. They’ve offered to by Versace for over $2 billion and interestingly enough Kors already owns 20% of the business.
The Versace family owns the remaining 80% of the brand and will continue to have a role in the company even if the company is sold. Last year, Michael Kors bought luxury shoe brand Jimmy Choo for $1.2 billion.
