If you or your kids are afraid to get shots but want flu protection, there’s a solution.

Doctors say this year’s Flu Mist spray is a good option. Flu Mist wasn’t used the past few years because it wasn’t effective to fight the virus.

The new formula is better. It should work for children as young as 2-years-old through 49-year-old adults.
