BEIJING, CHINA - OCTOBER 10: Fifteen month old QingQing has her diaper changed one last time before she leaves the Dongzhimen Hospital October 10, 2003 in Beijing, China. QingQing was born with an extra leg that was removed in a complicated six-hour surgery one month ago. She has been transferred to a rehabilitation hospital and in a few weeks will be sent to an orphanage. Doctors from the Dongzhimen Hospital estimate that the infant will learn to walk in about six months as her legs are still too weak. QingQing was abandoned in Beijing in March and later taken to a child welfare shelter.

New Law Requires Changing Tables In Men’s Bathrooms

Finally! If you’re a single dad this is a serious blessing! A new New York law states that changing tables must be installed in ALL men’s restrooms.

This is also great for families, now stay-at-home dad’s can help out with the diaper changing instead of making mom do it.

Starting January 1st, all public restrooms in NYC are required to have diaper-changing tables in men’s and women’s bathrooms.
