UPDATE: Accused Gasparilla Groper Passed A Polygraph Test
A lawyer for the man accused of pulling down a woman’s top at the Gasparilla parade has taken a polygraph test and passed! He says he’s been falsely accused and that this is a case of mistaken identity.
His attorney Paul Sisco, “He has voluntarily sworn out an affidavit under oath, and today thoroughly passed a polygraph test administered by a former law enforcement expert who worked decades for prosecution agencies.”
The man contacted Rina Alvarez on Facebook messenger the day after Gasparilla and asked for her to take down the phone the posted on her page. He told her the photo wasn’t him saying, “I do not have long hair, and I did not have a wig on. And that is not my hat. This thread is going all over the internet and causing me a lot of harm, can you please take this down until we speak? And please call me as soon as you can.”
Alvarez isn’t backing down… she said she has not identified the wrong man.
