Health officials warning Americans about a fecal parasite that is lives in swimming pools!
The parasite’s full name is cryptosporidium and it causes profuse, watery diarrhea that can last as long as three weeks! It can be very dangerous for children or even pregnant women. In pools, this parasite enters your body when a swimmer swallows contaminated water so watch out!
