BREAKING! California is now the first state to require major financial reforms in college athletics! California Gov. Gavin Newsom just signed a new law that allows players to receive endorsement deals even though the National Collegiate Athletic Assn. says it’s unconstitutional.
so far the NCAA has refused to allow players to profit from the sport even though it’s a billion-dollar organization.
