The “Secret Sister” gift exchange is circulating online again and want to make sure you don’t get scammed!
The Better Business Bureau says it’s an illegal pyramid scheme so beware! It starts with an invite usual on socials or email promising you up to 36 gifts for sending one gift worth at least $10.
Then they ask for all your information including your name, address and friends info. Then you invite your friends and then they invite their friends and it goes on and on…
The BBB says to just ignore the scam or you can report it!
