Two Florida Men Uninjured After Fishing Poles Struck By Lightning

Two men near Fort Myers, FL were out fishing when they saw a storm rolling in so they started to pack up and leave. Then they heard a loud bang and flash and one of their fishing poles was struck by lightning. Neither of the fishermen were injured but they were left speechless after the pole caught fire for a few seconds.
