St. Petersburg Woman Wins Over $2.3 Million From Florida Lottery
A scratch-off ticket bought in a St. Petersburg Publix from the Florida Lottery has a woman set for life.
Dianne Vanderveen won the top prize in the “$2,500 A Week For Life” scratch-off game. Instead of weekly payments, she chose to accept the lump sum of $2,330,000.
She bought her ticket at the Publix, located at 3501 49th Street North in St. Petersburg and claimed her winnings at the Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. The Publix location will receive $4,000 for selling the ticket.
“$2,500 A Week For Life” is a $5 game, and there are still three of the four top prizes remaining. There are also prizes available from $5 to $10,000.
