Clothing Thief Arrested Wearing Stolen Shirt With Hilfiger Price Tags
Talk about getting caught red handed! Ramiya Johnson, 23, grabbed armfuls of clothing at an Orlando Hilfiger store with an accomplice then jumped in a Cadillac Escalade to get away.
When police officers found the SUV that fit the description they also found four “Tommy Hilfiger shopping bags filled with clothes.”
To make matters worse, two women “were both wearing Tommy Hilfiger shirts” with a hanging tag ($59.99 price tag) attached to the collar.
All the stolen merchandise still had the anti-theft attached and were worth about $750. In total three people were arrested and charged with burglary, grand theft, and retail theft, all felonies.
