5 Best Florida Cites To Celebrate Christmas

The holidays in the Sunshine State are special. Palm trees, beaches, and celebrations are memorable. But what are the five best Florida cities to celebrate Christmas?

Travel Daily Media came up with a list and gave their reasons for each city. What’s cool for us is that two of the cities are in the greater Tampa Bay area! In no particular order, those five cities are:

St. Augustine: “Millions of lamps are draped over ancient buildings, twirling around palm palms and along charming brick-lined pathways during the annual Night of Lights Festival.”

Miami: “Miami goes all out throughout the Christmas season. Palm palms, colorful sand sculptures, and a Christmas theme park, among other things, are all lit up.”

Orlando: “It’s all about enormous amusement parks, massive aquariums, and massive waterslides. Christmas in Orlando is a treat with Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and the Snow Factory.”

Sarasota: “This place promises more than simply white sand beaches, mild green seas, and swaying palms in the Christmas holidays.”

St. Petersburg: “Take a trip down to St. Petersburg’s Christmas village. Here, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy a jolly good time. Enchant, called the “World’s Largest Christmas Light Maze and Market,” is located there.”

So that’s their take on Florida Christmas cities. We all know that plenty of municipalities have amazing Christmas experiences. Tampa, Largo, and Lakeland are a few that come to mind. No matter where people go, Christmas in Florida is truly memorable!
