Attorney For Seminole Heights Killer Wants Death Penalty Thrown Out
The attorneys defending the accused Seminole Heights serial killer don’t want their client killed and instead are trying to save his life.
Howell Donaldson’s attorneys filed a motion to make sure they could try and rule out the death penalty.
New court documents say the prosecution did not present those factors to the Grand Jury and they weren’t listed in the indictment. Donaldson’s attorneys say their client’s rights were violated.
Donaldson is accused of murdering four people in Seminole Heights and completely terrorizing the community in 2017 for 51 days and will face four separate trials. Donaldson is back in court Thursday.
