Florida Girl Jailed For Bomb Threat She Didn’t Commit
A 13 year old girl from Pembrook Pines was wrongly jailed for committing a bomb threat on Instagram. It was actually her bully who was pretending to be her on social media. Nia Whims was accused of this in November and was placed in juvenile detention for 11 days. She was cleared after they learned it was her bully. On Wednesday the teenager an her mother announced they were going to file a lawsuit!
