7 People Overdose On Fentanyl-Laced Drugs In Tampa Sent To Hospital
Seven people were rushed to a hospital last night (Tuesday) after they accidentally took drugs that were mixed with Fentanyl.
Tampa Police Officers responded to Jackson Meat Market around 10 p.m. and found six people passed out on the ground, who were all having difficulty breathing with many unresponsive.
Narcan was used to revive several victims after they had a bad reaction from ingesting the drugs. The police department tested the drugs they found which showed to have Fentanyl and Xylazine which is a veterinary tranquilizer not meant for human use.
All seven victims were sent to nearby hospitals for further treatment. However, they did arrest the man who sold it to them! His name is Albert Wyche, 42, and he was charged with one count of delivery of a controlled substance.
