Tampa Man Arrested After Pulling People Over And Pretending To Be The Police
Oh Tampa! Reports tell us that a Tampa man was arrested after using red and blue flash lights to pull over drivers and then pretending to be a police officer. Tampa Police responded to a report of a suspicious car with red and blue lights in the New Tampa area Saturday morning. Earlier that morning they received a call saying the police impersonator took a gun from a driver. An Officer spotted the suspicious SUV while the imposter was actually pulling another car over. The impersonator pulled a person over and asked for a driver’s license, registration and proof of insurance. Once he saw the real officer pulling up, the imposter gave the person in the car back their license and registration.
