There’s a new mystery restaurant that opened up in Tampa and it’s super fancy! This spot is located where the old Fly Bar and Mole Y Abuela restaurant was located in downtown Tampa on Franklin Street. It’s being run by 2x Michelin Star Swedish Chef Ebbe Vollmer and the culinary experience looks next level. But it comes at a hefty price for some.

This restaurant looks next level! TampaIsAwesome came across this new restaurant after wondering who was going to take over the spot. Every week a new secret menu is posted outside the restaurant. The exquisite restaurant is being described as “an incredible multi-course tasting experience.” Chef Ebbe Vollmer wants to take Tampa to another level with his culinary standard and fantastic drinks. He likes to keep things simple and isn’t interested in promotions or hiring influencers. He wants you to experience his restaurant without any preconceived notions.
