“Winner winner, chicken dinner!” Florida has another millionaire thanks to the “$1,000,000 a Year for Life Spectacular” scratch-off game. Congratulations goes out to Glen Thaxton, 69, of Panama City. She won the $1 million prize after buying the $50 scratch-off game. Ultimately, she took decided on taking the one-time, lump-sum of $640,000. She purchased her ticket from Front Beach Road Foot Mart, which is located at 11214 Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach.
