Drake and J.Cole Concert In Tampa: Know Before You Go
Drake had one of the hottest tours in 2023, but sadly, he did not come to Tampa. Thankfully, he’s going on tour AGAIN, and this time he’s stopping at Amalie Arena this time. Drake and J.Cole will be kicking off the “It’s All A Blue Tour – Big As The What?” on February 2nd and 4th. Here’s what you need to know before you go see Drake in concert at Amalie Arena in Tampa.
Are Tickets To The “It’s All A Blur Tour – Big As the What?” Still Available?
There are very few official tickets left available on Ticketmaster. But plenty of resale tickets are available. You could try the hack the Bey-hive did for the Renaissance World Tour. The cheapest ticket we could find for both nights is about $240 to sit high up in the 300 level.
Can You Camp Out For General Admission?
Amalie is VERY strict about their guidelines for lining up for general admission. Know that if you’re lucky ones who got floor tickets for this show, you CAN NOT camp out to be “front row”. Ticket holders can start lining up at Amalie at 8 am on the day of the show. They will be handing out NUMBERED wristbands inside the ticket office at 9 am. This will determine your spot in line. So when you go to line up, head by the yellow bolts statue. Once you receive your numbered wristband, you are free to leave for the rest of the day and come back at 5 pm to line up in numerical order. Fans must show their General Admission Floor ticket to receive a wristband (no screenshots) and you can NOT pick up a wristband for anyone else. Click here for all the information you’ll need.
When Do Doors Open?
Doors for GA will open around 6pm, usually 1.5-2 hours before show time. The show is expected to start at 8pm. Please know these times are subject to change without notice.
Where’s A Good Place To Park?
You can pre-purchase parking passes here. There are plenty of garages and lots surrounding Amalie Arena. We like the port garage by the Aquarium/Sparkman Wharf or the garage on Whiting Street and Morgan (both are $20 for event parking).
What’s The Setlist?
This is a run-off from the “It’s All A Blur Tour” so the setlist may be very similar to the Miami date. Drake is expected to have a whopping 44-song setlist. You can expect Drake to play his big hits like Marvin’s Room, Shot for Me, The Motto, HYFR, Way2 Sexy, Nice For What, Find Your Love, and more. Obviously, you can expect J.Cole to come out for a few songs with Champagne Papi. Expect to hear their collabs: “First Person Shooter” and “Evil Ways,” from “For All the Dogs”.
What Is Amalie Arena’s Bag Policy?
Ladies, leave the big LV purses at home. Bags larger than 12x12x12″ are prohibited at AMALIE Arena. It does not need to be a clear bag! Know you can bring in binoculars, but binocular bags are not permitted in the arena. For more info, click here.
Where Is A Good Spot To Pregame?
There are lots of places to grab some food or a drink before the show! Check out our favorite places that are walking distance to Amalie Arena here. Some of our favorites are Jotoro by Sparkman Wharf, The Pearl on Water St, and Jackson’s Bistro!
