Teacher Wins $10K for Reading Fine Print in Insurance Policy
One lucky teacher in Florida is $10,000 richer after reading the fine print of an insurance policy she recently bought.
In a statement from Squaremouth, the secret contest was won by Donelan Andrews 23 hours after it started on February 11th. The fine print promised that the first person to send an email to a specific address would win $10,000.
Squaremouth will also donate $10,000 to a children’s literacy program and $5,000 to each school where Andrews teaches. Andrew plans on retiring and will use the money to celebrate her 35th anniversary with her husband in Scotland.
