Haiti Gang Demands $17 Million For Kidnapped American And Canadian Missionaries
The Haitian gang has kidnapped a group of 17 missionaries and now they’re asking for $1 million each in order to release them.
On Saturday, 16 Americans and one Canadian were kidnapped by the powerful “400 Mawozo” gang after leaving an orphanage over the weekend.
Currently the missionaries are being held in a safe house by the gang, but they’re still demanding $17 million for the group’s release.
The FBI and Haitian police are negotiating with their release but unfortunately it could take weeks. The missionaries from the Ohio-based Christian Aid Ministries involving five children; 8-month-old baby and minors ages 3, 6, 14 and 15.
